FULFILLMENT SPEEDS
We process most orders within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. Fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow additional time for fulfillment around holidays or major sales.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Average transit time after your order has been packaged by our fulfillment team and has left our warehouse is 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been pulled from the queue, packaged, and has left our warehouse, you receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email that will include a link to your USPS or UPS tracking.
Displayed delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. In some cases, USPS or UPS can take longer to deliver a package than expected. No refunds or discounts are warranted for slow delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order is charged in US Dollars. To view products in your local currency, select your desired currency from the currency drop down in the footer of our website.
*Customers are responsible for paying any VAT, Taxes, or Duties that may apply. We offer DDP (duties and taxes paid) shipping to select International countries for your convenience. Electing to forgo this more affordable, prepayment of VAT & Taxes may result in a larger VAT & Taxes payment upon arrival of your package.
Delivery times for International orders varies based on country. Average delivery time for an International order is 7-21 days after placing the order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the return package must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of purchase. The return must include the unopened/unused product, all original packaging, and the invoice which was included in the original shipment. The product must have been purchased directly from RogueEnergy.com. The refund will then be issued (less shipping and handling). We reserves the right to deny a return/exchange at any time.
You must email us at support@rogueenergy.com and speak to a representative about your return before sending back your package in order to discuss eligibility.
