We process all orders within 1-4 business days of the order being placed.  Orders are packaged Monday through Friday.  Please allow additional time for order fulfillment around Holidays, large sales, and new product releases.

Domestic Orders

Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.  Average transit time after your order has been packaged by our fulfillment team and has left our warehouse is 1-5 business days.

Once your order has been pulled from the queue, packaged, and has left our warehouse, you receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email that will include a link to your USPS tracking.

Displayed delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.  In some cases, USPS can take longer to deliver a package than expected.  No refunds or discounts are warranted for slow delivery times.

International Orders

Your order is charged in US Dollars.

When you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, that means your package has left our warehouse.  Your package is sent in bulk to the International Distribution Facility in Chicago, Illinois where it is sorted, and prepared to leave the country.

Average delivery time for an International order is 21-30 days after placing the order.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

You as the customer are responsible for entering your complete and accurate shipping address including apartment/unit numbers if applicable. 

If a package is returned to Overpowered Labs LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender”, you have the right to notify us via email and request a refund.  We will then issue a refund (less shipping & handling) for the returned product. This refund will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order.   Overpowered Labs is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.


Overpowered Labs LLC is proud to offer high quality products and great customer service.  We understand returning or exchanging products to a company can be a pain so we try to make the process as clear and easy as possible.  We are more than happy to work with you to resolve your issues.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the return package must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of the receipt. The return must include the unopened/unused product (ex: tubs unopened, shaker cups unused, apparel unworn), all original packaging, and the invoice which was included in the original shipment.  The product must have been purchased directly from Overpowered Labs LLC.  The refund will then be issued (less shipping and handling).  Overpowered Labs reserves the right to deny a return/exchange at any time.

You must call and speak to a representative about your returns before sending back to discuss eligibility.

We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse. If we receive your return after the thirty (30) day period or in violation of the requirements herein, then we will not return your money and will be unable to return unused product to you.

Damaged or defective products may be returned directly to us within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. At our discretion, you may receive a credit or replacement product. Any item that appears to be purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be accepted.  You must return the defective product within the specified period of time, along with all original packaging, invoice, and a note containing your name, address and reason for return to:
